Face-to-Face Coaching at Girls who Lift HQ (Weekly) 

Includes all of the above (excludes nutrition) but in a small group training, face-to-face (and female-only) environment where you can train up to 4 times per week as part of a team and join our weekly team Saturday Lifting party.

All sessions are held out of Girls who Lift HQ, 25-27 Carinish Road, Oakleigh South.

Timetable: 

Tuesday-Friday

4pm-7pm

Saturday Lifting Party 

8:30am-10:30am

 

All members receive full access to the Girls Who Lift App, where you can find your customised strength program and connect with other like-minded women in an online community as well as being part of the face to face team.
